What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We love placing new residents into their dream houses. Making new residents happy and helping keep our owners satisfied by qualifying each individual that calls OUR homes, they’re homes.

Delivering top-level service is our specialty and we thrive in a diverse and fast-paced management environment. Throughout our history we have accrued a multitude of skills including client relations, management operations, and creative problem solving. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet with the home owner and inspect the property to give a detailed report of items needed to be repaired where necessary or completed before a new tenant (if applicable) is to be placed in the home.

Once the home is ready to be marketed and rented a management contract would be drawn up between the home owner and PPM, LLC.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My employees have a combined knowledge of property/asset management and maintenance of 30+ years. An eclectic array of apartment, single family home, and mobile home experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?

Personalized management agreements starting at 10% of rent. This guarantees you the highest dollar for your rental. A la carte services with negotiable rates.


What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Invitation Homes, Blackstone, Concord Management, Lerner Corporation, Harley Property Management, and Aspen Square.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2012 we worked with Harley Property Management to prepare two apartment communities totaling over 550 units to be placed up for sale. We not only re-vamped the units and communities, We exceeded expectations by reaching an NOI over previous year by 62%
